At the conference venue, Admiral Hotel Copenhagen, 100 rooms have been pre-reserved for participiants and their accompanying persons. These rooms are offered upon on-line registration at a first come basis.
Some of the pre-reserved rooms are two-level suites which can host three or four people at reduced cost. The conference secretary can assist single registrants interested in finding room mates for these rooms if requested (please note on the registration form).

A number of rooms are pre-reserved at the CAB INN Scandinavia hotel (3-star) located centraly in Copenhagen in the district of Frederiksberg near the Lakes. The conference venue is located about 3 km from the hotel, but can easily be reached by Metro. Also these rooms are offered upon on-line registration at a first come basis.

Hotel Bethel is a Seaman's hostel situated in the lively canal and harbour area of Nyhavn only a few hundred meters from the conference venue, Admiral Hotel Copenhagen. The hotel offers well furnished rooms with private bath, toilet, and telephone at competitive prices.
Conference participants have to reserve rooms themselves via direct contact to the hotel, as pre-reservation of rooms has not been possible.
